Shamrock isn’t the only Attitude Era star to be featured on theWWE 2K24roster;Attitude Era legends like Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, The Rock, Mankind, and more have also made the cut. But while those wrestlers are either actively working for WWE or have an established working relationship with the company, Shamrock is not known to have signed a Legends contract. Regardless, Shamrock’s inclusion on the game’s roster is a welcome one.
WhileWWE 2K24features a massive roster, at least two personalities will not be featured in the game as playable characters. It was confirmed that Brock Lesnar and Vince McMahon will not be on theWWE 2K24roster, though it’s possible they will still make appearances in the game’s Showcase mode. TheWWE 2K24Showcase mode is confirmed to feature the WrestleMania 17 match between Steve Austin and The Rock that included lengthy participation from McMahon, and so many have assumed that the disgraced ex-WWE boss will still show up inWWE 2K24, though that has yet to be clarified.
