Horosis an NPC at every Infinite Bazaar that sells Toys. All of these toys are still available in the main game, except the Horde-only event Mini Mana Bomb.
Transmog and Heirlooms
Any character can by any ensemble for any armor type and tier. So you only need one character to unlock everything for all your other characters on the retail server. Of course, you may only wear the things that your class can wear normally. Multiple vendors are in each Infinite Bazaar, and each sells a different set of gear.
On top of that,Pythagorusalso sells several heirloom weapons and the Tusks of Mannoroth transmog. These require an additional Bones of Mannoroth currency that drops off of Garrosh in the Normal or higher Seige of Orgrimar raid.
