On Wednesday, Adams, 39, shared a sweetValentine’s Daypost on Instagram, where he gushed about his adoration for his wife and why she makes the holiday so special.
In one photo, the couple embraced one another tightly and smiled toward the camera. Another shot showed them sharing a kiss, while the third image featured Adams and Hyland showing off their goofy side as he held a pipe and they posed with signs that read “Yasss queen” and “‘Til death.”
In response to her husband’s post, Hyland, 33, commented, “I love you so much 😍😍😍”
TheBachelor in Paradisebartender also shared the reel on his Instagram Story, writing beside it, “Happy Valentine’s Day @sarahhyland! I love you more.” Hyland later reshared it on her Story and wrote, “I love you most!”
On her own Instagram page, theModern Familyalum shared a loving post to Adams, which included three photos of them together.
“My Funny Valentine: Wedding Date Edition ✨ I love you to +1 anything you say to Pluto and back! ❤️” shecaptioned the post.
Since their wedding, the pair has continued to express love and support for each other. At the NBCUniversal Emmys Kick-Off Luncheon in April,Hyland opened up about her first few months of married life.
“It’s amazing,” the actress gushed to PEOPLE. “It’s like nothing’s changed in the best way possible. I just got more diamonds on my finger.”

On his account, Wells shared a photograph of himself and Hyland exchanging their vows, where the actress could be seenmaking a silly face. “Happy first anniversary to my perfect wife. I love you more. Plus one. Anything you say,” he captioned his post.

Adams also shared a loving message to Hyland as shemarked her 33rd birthdaythis past November.
“Happy birthday to my beautiful wife. Here are a bunch of selfies from when we first started dating. I don’t know what I did to deserve you, but I’m so thankful that we found each other. You are my best friend, soulmate, and truth north. I love you more, plus 1 anything you say,” his caption read.
