Ready for Trio Cash Cups to return?
Trio Cash Cups have officially made their return to Fortnite after seasons of being primarily Duo Cash Cups. So, with the tournaments beginning in just a few days, here is everything you need to know and more.
Trio Cash Cups: Schedule
Trio Cash Cups begin on Nov. 6 and will run over the next nine weeks with nine different events being held over this time period.
Each Trio Cash Cup will have two events, one Qualifier and one Final event. With a large prize pool being spread out throughout the nine events, many gamers are putting their teams together.

So, what mode will the tournaments be in? Well, it’s going to be a tad different than in the past.

Trio Cash Cups will be split up between both Battle Royale and Zero Build, but the two modes will not be getting an even split.

It seems as if Fortnite is going to prioritize the traditional Battle Royale mode going into this new season of Trio Cash Cups, as the popular game mode will get six tournaments, whereas Zero Build will only get three.

What seasons will tournaments be held through?
With Fortnite Remix just beginning, the first portion of Trio Cash Cups will be held on the traditional Chapter 2 map. However, it will change going into December when Chapter 6 begins.
With the Chapter 2 map changing every week, players will have to keep themselves on their toes when competing.
