Mary Bonnetis poking fun at her daily struggles with ADHD.
On Saturday, theSelling Sunsetstar, 43, posted a video on Instagram making fun of how she often loses track of what she’s doing, asking her followers who can relate.
“In a minute, Imma need another minute to figure out what the hell I was doing,” she lip-synced over the clip, mimicking the lyrics toLizzo’s hit song “About Damn Time.”
“Honestly I’m not sure how many times I do this a day… but hope you guys can relate 🤣#adhd#adhdawareness,” the realtor captioned the post.
“Me at LEAST 10x’s a day! 😂” one person wrote while another follower commented, “The struggle is so real! 😂💯 thank you#adhdawareness.”

This isn’t the first time Bonnet has discussed her ADHD. Back in June, the Netflix star made a post onInstagramabout the disorder to raise awareness.
“As someone who struggles with ADHD, I believe it’s important to raise awareness through education,” she wrote.
Bonnet then pointed her followers to a website that offers information and resources for ADHD, urging others to get the assistance they need.
“If left untreated, some people may experience obstacles such as finding and maintaining relationships, marital problems, frequent job changes, loss of employment, productivity issues, and disorganization,” she said at the time. “Most importantly, untreated ADHD can lead to mental health issues including low self-esteem, increased anti-social habits, substance abuse, suicide risk, and psychological/mood disturbances.”
