There are 18 Power Suit upgrades inMetroid Prime Remasteredthat players must collect if they hope to reach the game’s end credits. There are also three optional power-ups, and indeed fans must obtain those in order to reach 100% completion. Where to Get Missile Launcher
Upon landing onTallon IV inMetroid Prime Remastered, players should pass through the door closest to Samus’s Gunship and follow the path toTransport to Chozo Ruins West. Fans should then make their way to theChozo Ruins’Main Plaza, use the door in its back-left corner, and follow the path to ultimately reach theHive Totem. Here, players will battle theHive Mecha, and they will receive theMissile Launcherwhen that boss has been dispatched.

Where to Get Morph Ball
With the Missile Launcher in hand,Metroid Prime Remasteredplayersshould return to theChozo Ruins' Main Plazaand use a Missile to pass through theBlast Shield Dooron ground level. Fans should then continue forward and defeat thePlated Beetlein theRuined Shrineto earn theMorph Ball.
Where to Get Charge Beam
After obtaining the Morph Ball, players should return to theChozo Ruins’Main Plazaand use the elevated bridge to reach a door that leads to Ruined Fountain Access. Fans should now work toward theWatery Hall, which is reached by passing through the Ruined Fountain, Arboretum, and Gathering Hall. There are fourrunic symbols inMetroid Prime Remastered’s Watery Hall, and players that scan them all will gain access to an area where theCharge Beamis held.
Where to Get Morph Ball Bomb
Players that are searching for the Morph Ball Bomb should climb within theChozo Ruins' Gathering Hall, using the platforms above the Gathering Hall Access door to start their ascent. Fans should pass through the door that they encounter at the top of this room and continue forward until they reach theEnergy Core. Upon entering the Energy Core, fans should immediately turn left and follow the path to reach a Morph Ball tunnel, which leads to a battle with theIncinerator Droneand theMorph Ball Bombupgrade.
Where to Get Varia Suit
TheChozo Ruins' Arboretumis the next room of interest, and players must use the Morph Ball Bomb upgrade to climb. There is a gate at the top of this room, which fans can open by scanning the fourrunic symbols inMetroid Prime Remastered’s Arboretum, and there is battle withFlaahgrabeyond it. Players will receive theVaria Suitupon defeating that boss.
Where to Get Boost Ball
OnceMetroid Prime Remastered’s Flaahgrahas been dispatched, players can continue forward to reachTransport to Magmoor Caverns North. Fans must then work through the Magmoor Caverns, stopping atMonitor Station. There is an elevated bridge within this room, which can be used to accessTransport to Phendrana Drifts North. In the Phendrana Drifts, players must pass through the Ice Ruins East and Ice Ruins West to arrive at thePhendrana Canyon, and theBoost Ballupgrade is at the far end of this room.
Where to Get Space Jump Boots
After collecting Boost Ball, players should make their way back to theTallon Overworld’s Tallon Canyon. There is a large stone half-pipe within this room, andMetroidfansshould use the Boost Ball upgrade to reach an opening at the top of it. This opening leads to a path that ends at theAlcove, a small room adjacent to the Landing Site in which theSpace Jump Bootsare held.
Where to Get Wave Beam
Players that have earned the Space Jump Boots should return to thePhendrana Drifts’Phendrana Shorelinesand use their double jump to reach theChozo Ice Temple. Fans that work through this room will eventually arrive in theChapel of Elders, where they will battleMetroid Prime Remastered’s Sheegoth. TheWave Beamis awarded as soon as that foe is dispatched.
Where to Get Super Missile
With the Wave Beam collected, players should head to thePhendrana Drifts’Ice Ruins Westand use the rooftops to reach theRuined Courtyard. Fans are now on a path that will lead them through theResearch Laboratories, and they will obtain theSuper Missileat the top of theObservatory.
Where to Get Thermal Visor
Players that continue to progress through thePhendrana Drifts’Research Laboratoriesafter collectingMetroid Prime Remastered’s Super Missilewill ultimately arrive at theResearch Core. TheThermal Visoris found at the bottom of this room.
