Get to know the people who make great videogames

[Update: Show’s over folks! Thanks for tuning in. We’ll have the rerun up next weekend in case you missed it. Here’s 10 minutes ofHot Tin Roofto tide you over in the meantime.]

Today at 4:00pm EST, Sup Holmes goes live with Megan Fox ofGlass Bottom Games. I first became aware of Megan’s work back whenHot Tin Roof: The Cat That Wore a Fedorawas running on Kickstarter. The game’s Noir themes andMetroid-inspired design helped it to stand out, but it wasMegan’s Postmortem on its parent gamethat really intrigued me. It’s rare to see someone who is just as fascinated with the creative side of development as the business side. Approaching both of those challenges with an earnest optimism and eagerness to problem solve isn’t a common sight, which is part of why lucrative indie game developers aren’t all that common either.

We’ll be talking to Megan about running her own business, advice for new developers on finding artistic and financial success, the “indie bubble but“, voxels vs. pixels,  and whatever else is on her mind. I’m looking forward to it!
