Unveiled at 2025’s San Diego Comic-Con,1776is written by J. Michael Straczynski and illustrated by comics legend Ron Lim, along with a selection of positively patriotic covers by Pete Woods, Joe Quesada, Paulo Siqueira, Steve Rude, and Phil Jimenez. The limited series promises a unique mash-up of superheroes and America’s revolutionary past.
