The new Tier 3 boots in League of Legends is not the same enchantments in 2016 – they’re even better.
League of Legends Season One is coming in hot! The Summoner’s Rift is heading to Noxus, and with it comes new, Noxus-themed Tier 3 boots. Check out the new boots for LoL S1 here.

LoL Season 1 is bringing in a lot of changes to Summoner’s Rift.Atakhan, the new Epic Monster,Nexus Turrets respawning, and completely new mechanics are set to take over the map, but the gameplay changes don’t stop there. Tier 3 boots is making its return since 2016 (kind of).

League of Legends in 2025: New season model, rank resets
League of Legends is entering 2025 with many changes. New season models, client changes, and rank resets are some of the upcoming updates.

These Tier 3 boots are completely new items, instead of the old enchantments that seasoned players are familiar with. These are enhanced and upgraded version of their tier 2 counterparts.
The big clincher is that only one team have the ability to buy these boots per game as it requires winningFeats of Strength.
League of Legends in 2025: New Battle Passes and Rewards
The 2025 League of Legends Season will bring many updates to the battle pass and rewards systems as we know them today.
On top of these new boots, simply winning the Feats of Strength grants you access toTriumphant Boots, a small, free upgrade to your Tier 2 boots. The upgrades are as follows:
Cassiopeia
Since Cassiopeia cannot purchase boots, her passive gains an upgrade instead when her team wins Feats.
Now, onto the actual Tier 3 boots. To get them, your team must have won Feats of Strength and own at least two Legendary items. The bonuses stated are applied after the Triumphant upgrades above.
