Kelsea Ballerini’s look did not disappoint at thefirst-ever People’s Choice Country Awards.On Thursday, the “Penthouse” singer, 30, commanded the carpet in a sparkly look most appropriate for the inaugural ceremony in Nashville!
She wore a custom Coach sequin little black dress, featuring a turtleneck and sheer panels on the sleeves. The backless silhouette, which Ballerini showed off on the red carpet, added a sexy accent to the dazzling number.

She continued the black color scheme down to her feet, opting for a pair of retro platform ankle-straps heels to complete her look.
For beauty, Ballerini went with a classic heavily lined smokey eye and a bun with face-framing bangs.

Ballerini will later take the People’s Choice Country Awards stage as one of the night’s performers, along with other stars likeBlake Shelton,Little Big TownandCarly Pearce.
The decorated country singer-songwriter is also nominated in five categories, including people’s artist of 2023 and album of 2023 and is up against some of the genre’s biggest stars, includingMorgan Wallen,Luke CombsandLainey Wilson.

The couple matched in bright redat the VMAs, with Ballerini dressed in a custom red Mônot open-back gown thatrevealed a new hummingbird tattoo, and Stokes in a coordinating blazer.
The couple also attended the CMT Awards together in April, where Ballerini, who played host for the night, kept things cute witheight outfit changes.
