Can we play aModern Warfare 3Nintendo Switch port?
As of the time of writing, noModern Warfare 3Switch version has been confirmed by Activision. Currently, there are noCall of Dutyentries on the popular system.
Past games likeCall of Duty Black Ops 2have been on the Wii U. Heck, evenCall of Duty 4: Modern Warfarereceived a motion-controlled port on the Wii. Unfortunately,Modern Warfare 3continues the streak of no Switch support for theCall of Dutyseries.

What about that 10-year agreement forCall of Dutyon Nintendo systems?
Now that Xbox owns Activision, some may wonder if theCall of Dutyseries heads to Nintendo systems likeMinecrafthas. As talks of the acquisition were going over legally, Xbox signed an agreement with Nintendo to bring theCall of Dutyseries to theJapanese manufacturer’s systems for 10 years.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3doesn’t seem to be a part of that agreement. Xbox only just announced that theacquisition of Activision has been approved. The nextCall of Dutywill likely come to a Nintendo system of some sort. The rumor is that theSwitch’s successorwill drop in 2024. This is when the agreement will probably begin.
