Doing all of that will add the free Iron Man Model 42 costume to your collection in Marvel Rivals. It should give you an option to equip it immediately after claiming it. Otherwise, if you want to later, just go to your Heroes section.
Choose Iron Man, then navigate to Cosmetics. Select the Model 42 costume for him in Marvel Rivals and press the Equip bottom near the bottom right. Any time you choose Iron Man, this is the skin that will appear as long as it is equipped.
