Waking up to the Bat-Signal
After a little bit of info onGotham Knightsseemingly leaked out, it looks like a more official update is on the way. A newGotham Knightsupdate is airing tomorrow, May 10.
The update will go live at 6 a.m. PT, 9 a.m. ET. Since there’sno stream link, it doesn’t seem like it will be a live showcase.

Nightwing and Red Hood look to be taking center stage for this update though.

As for what’s in store, we might have seen a hint of it already. A recent update to the PlayStation Store listing forGotham Knightssuggests itmight have four-player co-op now. Though originally premiered as a two-player game with four character options, this four-player could see the whole Bat Family hit the streets of Gotham together. If it’s real, that is.

Knight, knight
It’s been a little while since we last got an update on WB Montreal’s new Bat game. It’s set in a universe where Bruce Wayne, the Batman, is apparently dead. And now the extended Bat Family—Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, and Red Hood—have to contend with the mysterious Court of Owls.
It’s taking up the Bat mantle, as Rocksteady has been working on a different DC universe game inSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Rocksteady’s project isn’t due outuntil spring 2023at this point.Gotham Knights, meanwhile, is targeting the fitting month of Halloween. WB Montrealconfirmed not too long agothatGotham Knightswill launch on May 26, 2025.

It’s not the only game set for this fall, though. The release schedule has gradually started to fill up, withSplatoon 3headed for September and Square Enix isekaiForspokenalso picking a date in October. And of course,Starfieldis set to lift off in November. With the Summer Game Festjust around the corner, no doubt we’ll start to see the fall get a little more packed. We’ll see tomorrow whatGotham Knightshas in store for October.
